Market Makers
Definitions
Whirlpool - Orca's Concentrated Liquidity Pool (CLP), where two assets trade against each other.
Position - A range of prices where allocated liquidity is evenly distributed.
CLP Vault - The vehicle for users to deposit assets that are then available for market making in a specific Whirlpool. A CLP Vault may have multiple Positions (up to 5) active in the underlying Whirlpool.
Market-Making Key - The Public Key authorized for signing transactions to adjust positions and liquidity for a given CLP Vault.
Prerequisites
In order to market make on a particular CLP Vault, the market maker must have access to the designated Market Making Key.
